Folco is the co-founder of RICCIO+MACIEJOWSKI. His professional background includes over thirty years of experience on a wide variety of architectural and urban design commissions, both for the private and the public sector. He has been in charge of management and administration of projects, design conception, design development, coordination and production of construction documents for a wide range of buildings uses and types.

Folco premier professional goal is to provide specialized consulting and professional services to clients that need an experienced guide and advice, particularly in the very first steps of the design and development process, to provide critical input, measurable in terms of qualitative success in creating: Value, Return, Sustainability, Cost and Time Control and overall user Satisfaction. To follow up and provide support to the Client along design-development process to secure the potential success expected.

Additionally, as founding Principal of URBANA, a Real Estate Investment, Development and Construction Company, participated in a variety of development proposals and constructions, creating equity, forming investment associations, joint ventures, preparing Strategic Design Concept and Development Programs, site selection, market, financial feasibility studies, Best and Highest Use proposal, Retail Tenant Mix Plans and Merchandising.

Andres join Folco in the 90's to develop touristic developments, Hotels and resorts as Principal Architect, this partnership has been extended until the present.

Andres graduated in Argentina, with more than thirty years of professional practice in Latin America and Europe oriented to Urban Design and Architecture taking primary responsibility for complex mix used projects  for new settlements and urban realm.
